Default Sg Ok?

I'm still fairly new to homebrewing- I've done maybe half a dozen batches. My latest batch is my first go at a porter. The OG was 1.054, so I expected (figuring 75% attenuation) the FG to be about 1.014. After 1 week in the primary, SG was 1.026, and after two it's 1.022. This is the first batch of beer that hasn't reached my expected FG within two weeks, so I'm curious if it's OK or if there's a problem.

Should I leave it in the primary another week or so, and see if it continues to drop, or should I rack it over to the secondary as is? Could the higher than expected SG be due to the large amount of specialty grain used (about 4 lbs) in this extract recipe, or perhaps the type of yeast used (Wyeast British ESB, I believe- don't have my notes on me). Or do I have a problem here?

Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
