Default Secondary Question

I racked a British Pale Ale to the secondary three days ago. When I took a hydrometer reading, it was still short of final gravity. I know I moved it too quick and it still had a little bit to go before fermentation is finished.

I've been noticing peppercorn-sized drops of trub coming to the top, partially dissolving and falling back down. Is this just fermentation finishing up? Is this just a smaller, slower version of what happens in the primary?

Probably a stupid, noob question but I've never seen it before.

You re-roused the yeast when you racked it over and some fermentation started up again...it'll settle down in a few days as it clears.

I saw the same thing on my first AG beer and it grossed me out. But the beer was absolutely fine. RDWHAHB!
