Default Secondary Bubbling

How long after putting the beer into the secondary should it start bubbling?

The beer should be done fermenting before you rack to secondary. A lot of us don't secondary anymore, unless adding fruit, oaking,or the like. And don't use the airlock as a fermentation guage. It's just a pressure relief valve. Use your hydrometer to know when it's at a stable FG.

About all you should see in secondary is some little settling,& maybe dissolved co2 off gasing. And that won't last too long.
