Default Sake rice
Can anyone tell me if there is a place that I can purchase rice that has already been milled for Sake (down to 50% or lower) in the U.S.?

Really I think thats a close as your gonna get. Maybe try your local asian market? They might be able to order you some. Do you have your Koji spores?
