Hi all. Is it at all common to use dried/crushed rhubarb pieces as a specialty grain? Purely for flavor. I see it's used in wine but have not read how, and we have the plants in the garden. Kyle

Rhubarb wine is one of my absolute favorite wines- but I don't know if I'd like rhubarb beer. I guess there is only one way to find out, though! YOU make it, and let me know.
Folks, it came out with rave reviews. Absolutely great! Used an AHS honey wheat extract kit and 1.6 lbs. of the plant. Kyle
