Default Reusing blow off tube?

My blowoff tube was caked with the good stuff coming out of a 5 gallon carboy and it blew like crazy for two weeks.

I have placed it in oxiclean and soaked for over a week and it is still cloudy.

Toss it?

I have heading to the LHBS tomorrow.

I love this hobby.

no problem, the cloudiness is a deposit left there by the oxyclean, I'm pretty sure you can remove those deposits by running some distilled white vinegar through the hose. Either way, it wont hurt to keep using it as a blowoff tube

Mine is actually looking kind of nasty, but I soak it oxyclean, diluted bleach, Sometimes I run a string through it and pull some sanitizer soaked napkins through it.
As I said, it still looks nasty, but I have never had an infection from using it.
