Default Recommended grain mill

I've read about this quite a bit on here. I'm aware that I can buy an el cheapo one off of Amazon and then modify it to work somewhat well.

Right now I live in Hawaii and don't want to spend a lot of money on my beer setup since I'm not going to be here forever. I'm wanting a grain mill that can either work out of the box or with just a little modification. I don't have a drill so I'll be cranking by hand.

Once I move back to the mainland I'll add electricty, a 5 gallon bucket, other containers, ect. But for now I just want to use a plain jane mill. I'm just doing specialty grain and I've been using a coffee grinder, which isn't all that great.

if you're just doing specialty grain and you dont wanna spend a lot of money you could probably get by with a rolling pin
