Default Recipe help..

I wanted to put this in the recipe forum, but alas I could not figure which category to put it under.

I would like to make a copper ale, something similar to Otter Creek Copper Ale.

I searched the recipe forum but did not find anything.

What category would it be under? Anyone have a good copper ale recipe?

Hey man, I was just searching the same thing, found this in case it's useful: http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/altb...-clone-382510/

Also, FWIW Copper Ale is considered an Altbier. Also, I noticed that Austin Homebrewing has a clone kit.

Thanks. Found out about it being an altbier as well.

Fortunately, re-upping my AHA susbscription this year entitled me to a free book about Altbiers. I am designing the clone as we speak and should be brewing it in the next week or two.
Chilly Vermont winters provide the perfect natural environment for keeping the ferment temps right where I want them to be for a good crisp beer like this.
