/rant "i am so stupid" Did I ruin my beer
Used vodka for the airlock, accidentally filled it a litle to much and saw some dripping into the wort.
If that don't ruin it, it should add a little kick..

You'll be fine. If it was that dangerous to your brew, you wouldn't ever hear it being suggested. People get suck back into their beer all the time. In fact, I usually fill my airlock with my own premium urine, no harm no foul.
Ok, too much homebrew...Sorry
