Default Racked my first batch to secondary!

And oh did that hydrometer sample taste ooooh soooo goooood! Throw some carbonation in there and I'd drink it everyday. That said, I'll leave it in secondary for a week or two and let it get even better. Yum!

It's a stout BTW, tastes almost exactly like Erdinger Dunkel. Now I'm craving one, off I go to the Bar that is saving me bottles to help add to my collection.
