Default Rack it or let it ride ?

Partial mash.

7.5 lbs pale Liquid Malt Ext.
1 lbs 60 deg Crystal,1 lbs DWC Carapils,.25 lbs Chocolate malts
2lbs Munich Malt
Tettnanger Hops
Irish Moss
Wyeast 1338 liquid smack pack

So I let it ride as advised by all of you beer gurus.
OG 1.075
FG 1.020
From my calc. thats about 7.3 abv. (but I could be wrong)

Did I do good !? Skipped secondary. Kegged and forced carbed.
Two days later. This beer will knock your socks off.
Thanks for all the great advice. I'll wait another week and share with only the closest of my buds.
Your all invited also.
Thanks again !

Four weeks and a day.
I spent 18 months in Germany when I was in the military. (that's how I got spoiled on GOOD beer)
I can not believe how well this batch turned out. Just a 6 oz. glass has a good kick to it. And I'm not a light weight.
