question about pale ale
 

going to try a pale ale kit,want to make something similar to a sam adams pale ale,would that be an american pale ale or english pale ale.thanx

The SA pale is more English than American, though it's not really a "typical" example of either in my opinion. In any case, though, the hopping schedule on the British kit will probably be closer to what you're looking for than the American kit. :mug:
