Tomorrow I will be brewing a Guinness clone that contains pre-hopped malt extract. I have a 30qt brew pot and was planning on doing a full wort boil. My question is, are there any changes/tweaks I should make, due to the fact that I will be using a full wort boil.
Are there any changes in general that should be made to extract kits that call for 2-3 gallon boils, to make them suitable for full wort boils?
