The krausen has completely dissolved back into the beer so this coming Monday (1 week in primary and 2 weeks in secondary) will be ample time and the beer will be ready to be bottled. In the future, I'll leave all batches in primary AT LEAST 10 days and more like 2 weeks at least, depending on if I've done the kit before) before racking to secondary. Lesson learned. We'll see in a few weeks how the honey nut brown ale tastes. I'm HOPING to wait until the first week of college football season to let it bottle condition, but patience is not my strong suit. Hard to sit on a batch that is carbed without sneaking in a taste test, you know.
