Hey guys, I made a stupid newbie mistake and probably only used 3oz instead if the recommended 5 of priming sugar when I bottled. I plan on letting the hefe that I made sit for at least 3 week at about 70 degrees. I'm just curious about what I could do incase it doesn't carb up. I'd hate to dump a perfectly good brew, I'm just thinking ahead just incase. I'm sure it will turn out fine, i just over analyze things.

It will just be under carbed take it as a learning experience and move onto your next beer. It will still be carved, but not rl a traditional hefes levels.

It'll be fine. As deuce said it'll be a little lower carbed than you're used to. Depending on the type of beer it may actually be more true-to-style. I carb most of my English style beers with around 3 oz.
