Default Priming problems!!

This is the first stout I've brewed,I've brewed to IPA's so far and both batches came out flat how much priming sugar should I use?

Depends on a few things, style, temp, type of sugar, etc. basically you are looking at an oz per gal. Try a calculator. This one, for example:
