Default In primary for 1 day... airlock silent

ok, got my first batch in primary yesterday.. airlock was going crazy after about 12 hours.. 24 hours later all silent.. no bubbles what so ever? is this normal for an american pale ale?

As revvy was attempting to show, this topic comes up a hundred times a day. Please take a look through previous posts before posting a question. You may find your answer before you even ask the question.

To answer your question:
Yes, it can be normal. There is no set circumstance. It depends on far too many variables. Only your hydrometer can tell you if your beer is done. Take a specific gravity reading and RDWHAHB (Relax Don't Worry Have A Home Brew).
