I just bottled my first batch, I took a sample and it tasted great. I wanted to thank everyone one on here for helping me with the questions ive has so far and say that ive got the bug, this is a great hobby.
Now for my question. My next beer is going to be an American Hefe and I want to secondary it. How long is long enough in the secondary? I was thinking around 3-4 weeks but i don't want to have it in there too long. Also, will I be losing a lot of the cloudiness if i secondary? I like my Wheat beers cloudy.
