This flat a** porters been in the closet 6 weeks now. Been skipped over twice by Red Ale and Blonde. I decide, while waiting for my wort to boil, to give her another shot. So I pop one in the freezer for 30 minutes, and WOW, it turned great this past week. Head as thick as whip cream, left a pile in the glass when it was gone. Wanted to eat it with a spoon. I gotta stop drinkin all my beer green.
