Right now your og is 1.058, Fg should be 1.015, ABV 5.7, ibu 34.8, SRM 15.3 Taste maybe slightly hoppy. I would put a 1/2 oz northern brewer at 15 then 1/2 oz northern brewer at 5 min. That should balance the beer better.

Use a american ale yeast
