Thanks all

As pointed out, that last 10 degrees is tough. With the new chiller I have I expect to be able to get to 90f pretty quickly, but that last 10 degree looks like a lot of time and wasted water. Also since I use a mini fridge as fermenting chamber the bucket is only above 70 for a couple hours. I think I'll bring it to 90 or so with the chiller and put it in the fridge for a couple hours.
