Orange and White Spots in Secondary Fermenter

I just wracked my amber ale two days ago to glass secondary carboy and noticed whit and orange spots on top. Is this just yeast clusters or the beginnings of mold?

Is there a film blanket that looks like you could almost skim on top of the liquid? Most infections I've seen have that. I think your ok
 
Yeah the yellowish oranges stuff has started to settle to the bottom. I don't see a film blanket on top either. Thanks for the replies!
