OOPS...... well I did a stupid thing. I did a partial mash, put in a couple pounds of the DME, boiled an hour doing the hop schedule got done with the boil. Started to cool in my utility sink and hose for about 15 min. when I realized I forgot to put the rest of the late addition extract..... guess it will be a little later than normal. I put it back on my burner with the rest of the extract added. I'm going to bring it back to a boil and then start cooling again. Guess I'll be laying out all my ingredients from now on. LOL
