Default Old thread im sure

Doing nb dead ringer tomorrow. Have a 10 gl kettle so i want to do a full boil. Any changes to the recipe or directions?

be aware that the hops will be a little stronger. hops saturate the water with their oils. more water = better hop usage. i'd use about 10-15% less to get the same ibu

Use real Centennial if you've got it. I prefer to move the 20 and 5 min addition to 15 and flameout - then let it steep a good 10 min before cooling it.
