I want to get going on a Oktoberfest this weekend but am unable to Lager at this time, so I'd like to use a Ale yeast. Any suggestions ? I know this isnt true to the style but I guess this will have to do for now.

Keep the ferment temp low with a swamp cooler.
Use Kolsch yeast and ferment around 60 then cold condition for as long as you can stand it.
