Default Okay, now where do I store my conditioned beer?

My first brew is a Belgian Tripel and it's been in the bottle @ 68* for three weeks now. I want to age these bottles for as long a possible. What is the ideal storage temperature?

Should they 'condition' longer at 68* or should I put them in the basement @ 62* steady temp

Or put them in the fridge?

==================

Primary: Brown Ale
Secondary: Empty
Bottled: Belgian Tripel, Hefeweizen
On deck: Smoked Porter, Belgian Triple

Stick them puppies in the basement. 62* is perfect for aging.

Before you put them in the basement, try one to make sure it is properly carbonated. If it isn't, then keep them in the warm for another week or so. Then try another etc. When they are properly carbonated, they can go to the basement (if there are any left).

I feel that 98.6 is the perfect storage temp. Ship them to me for proper storage.

Tripels are highly carbonated. Since these are long-term beers, I'd say keep them at the warmer temps as long as possible to completely finish any re-fermenting in the bottles. Cooling them too soon and you may not achieve that "secondary fermentation in the bottle" effect.

I must concur with beerthirty , in fact it's the ONLY appropriate temperature for storage.
