Default Is this okay?

I used a booster to my mr beer. It's been almost 3 weeks. This is the only one I have had that looks like this. Is it right?

This is the ferment I haven't tasted it but it smells fine well I didn't notice a bad smell I guess.

Looks like krausen with a lot of hop matter in it. It's fine.

Are those white spots reflected light or fuzzy like mold? It's hard to tell from that picture.

The generally green, goopy, snotty quality of it isn't anything to be concerned about.

Mold is not normal. Some might tell you to rack from underneath before the krausen drops. I wouldn't.
