At minimum, you need two buckets. You can primary in the one with the spigot, rack to one without a spigot for secondary, then rack back for bottling. You really shouldn't try bottling directly out of your primary.

Or use the spigotless bucket as the only fermenter, then rack into the spigotted bucket for bottling.
