Default not quite sure what this is...

I'm still fairly new to homebrewing, and I'm on my third batch. My first two came out great, i did a sierra pale ale and a phat tyre clones. My third batch is a witbeir (from northern brewers) and was in the primary fermentor for two weeks and then i moved it to the secondary fermentor where it has been for about a week now. In the last day or two I've noticed these little white groupings at the top of my batch. I've read that it may be yeast flocculate or mold but i cant tell which it would be. Is there an easy way that i could tell which it is, besides waiting until bottling time too smell and tasting it? If it does end up being mold, is it safe to bottle and drink? Also any other feedback about this would be good. Thanks.

Search around for infected/infection

You will see 1000 posts that will give you all the info you need.

Long story short, looks like bubbles to me. Maybe post a bigger picture.

If it is mold, rack from under it.

I bet it is just yeast. Send a better picture. Do not use a flash, just light it well.
