Default Noob lagering question

Hey. So I think my first lager is done fermenting (same gravity reading 2 days in a row), but there are like a lot of flaky bits floating on the top for the past 3 days and they wont go away. Is this weird or am I overthinking it? What causes this?

you're over thinking it. beer in primary is not clear, and does have crap floating in it.

Exactly how long has this been in primary and at what temperature?

lagers take longer, and if it were me, I'd be taking hydro readings a few days apart due to the slower nature of the fermentation at cooler temperatures.
