Default noob here, whats my %
Hi all, i just transfered my wine to bulk aging and I was wondering what my Alochol % is. my starting was 1.105 and my final is 0.992.

I think i had an excel spreadsheet (somewhere I can't find) to give me the % but I have been drinking from the syphon...

please, anyone???
