Default Next beer...IPA or Hefeweizen?
Hey guys, I'm about to brew my 3rd batch (extract) and wanted to do an IPA or Hefeweizen. Is one significantly easier than the other? Any tips on these styles for a beginner? I was leaning towards doing a DFH 60 minutes clone from my local brew store...

The process will be the same as all your other brews, the IPA will probably be dry hopped but don't cut your primary time short.

For the Hefe be sure to use a blow off tube instead of an airlock!
