I know that I will probably dive head first into yet another addictive hobby. So my questions are: What software do you use? What are the pros and cons of the software you use? What does your software not do that you wish it would? Again, thanks in advance for any and all input.

I love promash myself. Its interface is dated and it doesn't handle batch sparging very smoothly. But the price is good and it's certainly powerful enough for anything a home brewer may want to take on. It has a limited trial version you can play with too.
