Not sure anyone but me will be interested but I started a blog on my new experiance with a new All Grain System I'm in the process of building. I'll be brewing a pecan porter once I get the system tested. The idea is to document all the ups and downs of this 10 Gal, All Grain, Gravity Fed, Plate Chilled system.
