I was in the exact same situation as you about a month ago. I bought my kit from bells brewery, very good kit and cheap ass shipping. I bought a granite ware 21 quart kettle from Walmart for 12 bucks. It is awesome! I know once I get a job after college I will buy a nice ss kettle but it is awesome for now. I was lucky as snagged an outdoor burner from my parents. I have used my stove for the first few batches only because I live on northern Indiana and it has been in the teens all week. Once summer hits I will move outside. Seriously ask around in your family. You will be surprised how many people have turkey burners that they never use. Welcome to the addiction my friend!
