OMG... Ok made what I called a "NUT"... way back in May. Added Nutmeg as I like that spice.

So it turned out ok... nothing special, but a little bitter and off taste in the finnish. As I dry hopped it it also had floaters remaining and a Wheat beer clarity... Just overall not my best.

Now 5 months later I pull the tap and clear the hose from the keg... then take a tall thin glass and pull a full glass.

Nice head! Great bubbles! Smooth, tingle on the tung, hoppy finnish, and clean after taste... makes you "WANT" to have another sip!

Man this is a "DANGEROUS" brew! 25 Oz and i'm looped!

Glad I just let it sit all summer!

I definitely agree. Its hard for me to wait, but sometimes just a little bit of time is all it takes for a beer to go from questionable to quite good.

Glad to hear yours turned out well!
