Default Need a starter for White Labs liquid yeast?

Mixed one up for the dry yeast I plan on using in an IPA, but was wondering if I really need to make one with the liquid yeast? Thanks!

According to minds wiser than mine, you should always make a starter with liquid. Here are some good resources:

Not necessary but it will likely speed up your start time for fermentation and is almost mandatory for high gravity brews... if you have the time I would always make a starter. It doesn't hurt.

Although I always use one, if your sanitation practices are good, you don't really need one if you don't mind some lagtime.
