Hey Everyone,

Well I'm fortunate to have this issue but I want opinions. I recently purchased a new kegerator and will be kegging 2 beers soon. The issue is I have 3 beers sitting in my fermentors and I was curious to see what everyone's opinion is as to which ones I should keg and which one to bottle?

Beer 1: Blueberry Belgian Wit
Beer 2: TripEL IPA
Beer 3: Oatmeal Stout

As of right now, I think it would be best to keg the IPA and Stout and then bottle the Blueberry Wit, but what do you think? Which one do you think will taste better bottled and kegged? Thanks

Which two are you most likely to drink in larger portions? If there is one of those three that you feel when you drink it you'll only have 1 pint per sitting, then I'd bottle that one.

I'd keg the wit and IPA, and just let the stout condition till ya finish one off ;) least thats what I would do. I would probably bottle the Wit if I had to bottle one though

I don't know if I will drink one more then the other but I figured with the Stout, it would taste better and get the proper carbonation by kegging it.

I'm going to go against the grain and say to bottle the triple. They are "bigger" and can use more age. Plus, drinking more than one or two is generally not a great idea on a week night, so bottling might help the urge! Triple is light tasting and quaffable, and it's easy to drink way too much of it out of the keg!

I'll go Yooper one further in going against the grain. Buy another keg and keg them all! Age if you want, rotate if you want, drink all at once if you want.

i would bottle the stout. i don't drink more then one at a time of those and like to have the option of aging a bunch 1+ years(though that is just a plan...never actually done it). the triple IPA is prolly better fresh anyways.

Lol, trust me, if it was affordable right now, I would have 6 on tap at all times! Maybe in the future when I have a higher income and a house!

The stout will last the longest, and therefore I would Bottle the stout. The wit and IPA portion of the triple will start to loose flavor at the 6 month mark. Buthe stout will stay much longer, that's why I would bottle the stout.
