Planning my first all grain brew:
Found a place 40 minutes from me that sells 25kg bags of malted barley and they stock.
2 & 6 row pale Malts
Carastan,Crystal & Caramel Malts
Brown & Chocolate Malts
Black Malt & Roast Barley
I can order the hops and yeast online if needed...
(1) Can anyone please direct me to a simple recipe using one or more of the list of grains above with full instructions?
I enjoy many styles and flavours but prefer 5%alcohol or less.
Beers I enjoy regularily: Pilsner urquell, Stella artois, Bodingtons, Smithwick's, Alexander Keiths and all craft brews that I've had..
(2) How long can I store the grains in a cool, dry and dark place?
