Brew the Austin Homebrew Supply Abita Purple Haze (21A) clone. She will love it.

You could try a shandy as well. Take some lemons in a bag in the secondary. Or stick with a cream ale. Search for cream of three crops and you'll find a pretty easy drinking brew for your wife. My wife loves the stuff.

+1 to this. If you think she would go for it, ask her to. If not that, maybe ask her to cap for you. If she takes ownership in some way, she may find it to be more rewarding instead of something "you do". Chicks dig the "we" sh!t.
You said "crazy fruity" in your OP. Realize that there are things that you can make with fruit that will not be "crazy" fruity, just fruity. If you are opposed to any fruit at all try doing a blond/pale with a pretty fruity hop (citra, simcoe?). I just did BM's centennial blond with all simcoe late additions, and the fermentor and beer sure smells like fruit.

Hops is an acquired taste for many. My wife started out a few years back nothing but BMC. Started her on a few store bought wheats, then a few of the Sam Adams seasonals and just worked my way up the IBU chain slowly but surely. She's made it all the way now...just tried a 70 IBU IPA I made recently and I was shocked when she loved it. It's a matter of conditioning. Now she HATES BMC with a passion, says it has zero flavor.
Patience grasshopper.

This x1000000000. No reason to give up a hobby you enjoy simply because your significant other doesn't like your efforts.

You could also brew up some cider or mead for her. That will keep her happy while you brew whatever you want.
