+1 for not pitching it. Might as well try. It takes a lot to ruin beer, and worst case you're just out a few bottle caps.

Example: My dog decided to stick his face/tongue in my bottling bucket in the midst of bottle; apparently it smelled/tasted good. Bottled it anyways and it came out fine. What's a little dog/kid spit between friends?

I was so mortified, trying to push him away with a foot while continuing racking. This keeping in mind the fact that my dog is ~145 lb.

You sound like a good dad who loves his kids, OP. If murder ever entered your mind, you didnt mention it

But, but you have to nuke the kids from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

I dont think its too late to put them up for adoption! Then you can brew with no worries about them messing with your brew. JK

Ive heard of flys kids toys and mud in the boil kettle
Ive also heard of sweat armpits and complete arms into the fermentor.

Toilet paper and ice (virtually water) and spit (amalyse a) would prob do no harm at all!
Call it Wiggle and spit!
