Recipes 

I currently have a 5 gallon batch of apfelwein brewing right now. If this is as good as everyone else says it is I think I may start a larger batch maybe 10 or 15 gallons.

If I were to do a large batch would I just double or triple all the ingredients (what about the yeast).

I was also thinking rather than paying a couple bucks a gallon for mostly water I could use apple juice concentrate. Anyone tried this before?

With Apfelwein you can just double or triple everything, including the yeast - each packet is good for up to 5 gallons.

I haven't tried the concentrate, so I can't comment on that.
