Default Mr Beer

I recently did a Mr Beer Mexican Cerveza kit . I didn't take a OG hydrometer reading , the fermentation did not seem vigorous but the Gravity is 1.011 can I assume it's done fermenting and bottle ?

Is the kit with just the can or the can and pouch of LME?

I always ferment for 2 - 3 weeks . Although when I first started brewing kits I bottled after 1 week and a few times after 4 days with good hard fermentation but better beer made from 3 weeks for sure . Also you will find a lot less trub in your beer if you let it sit longer

Don't assume it's done. You've got a hydrometer , so take another reading a day or two later. If it's still 1.011, you know it is.
