Default Mold?!? (Yes another mold thread)

First off, sorry, i searched threads for mold and couldn't find anything, so here I am...

In January I made Orfy's Hobgoblin clone from extract. Its been in secondary since some time in February. Last month I put a sweatshirt around the carboy since traffic through the basement increased and the light was on more. Today in preparation for bottling on Monday, I took a peek and saw that the whole top was peppered with white spots, none too huge, but still there none-the-less.

Has not happened to any other brew, including a hard cider (long story) that has been in a carboy for a year.

Is it mold, what should I do, is that beautiful beer ruined?!?!?! God, I hope someone tells me to RDWHAHB...

It's just the yeast degassing. Like Evan! said, it's fine.
