Default Mold/bacteria?!

I've heard of fuzzy mold growing on the top of beer...but I have this white stuff on the side of my secondary carboy. It's an IPA and has been in the secondary for about 2 weeks. It was starting to clear and after 3 days away(not seeing it), it just showed up?! So? What is this?

yeast, hops, other crap (trub) most likely nothing to worry about...post a pic and well diagnose(sp) it.

sounds like it's just a little krausen that is normal for an active fermentation.

Focculating yeast makes fuzzy white clumps.

I don't have access to a digital camera at this point. Sorry, I have to go with poor word descriptions. But, this isn't the normal stuff that falls to the bottom. It is stuck on the sides, as if someone spray-painted white on the inside. The yeast previously off the top and floating around is pretty much all gone/sunk to the bottom. Plus that stuff is more of a tan color, not so white.
