Default Milk Stout slowed fermentation

I had a milk stout fermenting (forgot to get OG) nicely for a few days and then all of the sudden, no more bubbles. Should I wait a week and take a reading or add some nutrient?

I wouldn't even worry abought gravity at this point,
Just relax have a homebrew and let the yeasts do there job.
Give it at least 3-weeks in the fermenter then take a gravity reading.

Not to worry. Even though it's not making bubbles any more, it's still making beer.

Best to leave it alone to ferment in peace a full three weeks. Messing with it at this stage usually causes more problems than it solves.
