What's the "Milk" part all about?
I'm assumming there's not actually any milk in it, but hey, I could be wrong.

The Milk part is pobably from using Lactose, which is milk sugars.

It is from using Lactose.
One of the old time Milk Stouts used to boast, "All the nourishment of 10 oz. of milk in every pint." That's a lot of lactose! Lactose will not ferment, so the ale stays sweet. lactose is also good in a Chocolate Milk Brown.
