There's a lot of good information in there that will probably help your beers become better. Don't get discouraged from your bad batches. It takes a long time to learn the finer points of the hobby.

Thanks I think I got it this time.

My wort cooled in under 15 min and I pitched yeast at the correct temp and I have a cooler this time around. Last time my batch got up to 80..
