You have the hop additions right, except for the 0 min Addition. That is a Flame out addtion. Hence, Kill the heat, then add the hops. It's an Aroma Hop. As far as the Grain thing, someone else will chime in as I have not done any sort of Extract/Partial Mash Brewing in quite some time and I do not want to steer you in the wrong direction.
Remember, Don't Worry, Have a Home Brew and ENJOY THE BREWING!!!

Depends on the kit, but bring 2 gallons or so of water up to 155*, flame out, toss the grains and let them steep for however long it calls for. (20-30 minutes usually). Then remove them and fire the burner back up.
See I boiled the grains last time soo that explains some problems.. This is my time line then..
20 min of grains at 150 to be safe rite?
Pull grains...
60 mins boil of .5 mag
10 min of cascade
Turn off heat.. add more cascade..
Can I add the clearing tablet with the hops or do I just boil that alone for 15 min??
I'm assuming you're talking about whirlfloc. Add it when there's 10 min left to go with your boil.
you can pop it in at the same time as your hop addition.

So you just turn off the burner? I read that some people add it to cold water then slowly bring it up to 155.
Here's what I do (got the method from a Canadian homebrew supply website):
I fill two smaller pots with about a half gallon of water. I bring one to 150-155, and add my steeping grains. The other I bring to a boil, kill the heat and cover. Meanwhile, I throw 2.5 gallons in my brew kettle (5 gal), and start bringing it to a boil. By the time that is boiling, my grains have steeped for 45 mins or so. I then pour the steeping grains through a strainer into the brew kettle. I then pour the other half gallon I boiled through the strainer and grains (called sparging), and end up with about 3.5 gal in my kettle. Once this is back up to boiling, I'll add my extract, hops, irish moss, etc. as called for by the recipe.
