Maybe you could try a lager if you have temperature control capabilities. Pick a new hop you've never tried and throw it in. Or trying playing around with different types, quantities, and times of additions of hops. Buy some brewing software program and play with that.
If you are ready and have the equipment, go BIAB or all grain and really play with different things.
When I went all grain, I started by doing all the DIY projects listed on this site. That really got me to understand how things worked.
Take a Saturday morning and use the search function on this site. Just type an idea and voila, you will have hours of research before your eyes.
One of my favorite things to do is find a local bar with a good selection and try a different style. Then hit the search function again and see what pops up. Guarenteed you will find a recipe that looks good.
Thats the neat thing about this hobby. You can always do something new if you want.

And read my sig! This is a documented statement in my house!
Enjoy the hobby!
